 Post subject: Gull With Chest Spots

I noticed these Gulls at a location where I was photographing Avocets. I wasn't looking at them, but upon reviewing a few grab shots noticed that they had what appears to be faded spots on their chests and also that they have gray legs and feet.

I have no idea what type of Gull they are.

If it was taken at the landfill in Kelowna, (I was recently there) it is most likely an young Herring Gull or possibly an young California Gull.
