I struggled with this guy for a while, particularly with the black tail with white in it. I now think he/she is a juvenile spotted Towhee race oregonus.
The next bird maybe a female house finch. The only identifying feature I can see is the dark tail and wings or maybe it is a juvenile male beggining to turn red.
I just don't know about the last bird. It has way too much chestnut developing with a black beak. It was also the most cautious/secretive of the three. The "Spotted Towhee" was the least.
