I just saw this youngster that had latched onto an adult pair of Wigeons in one of the ponds in our townhouse complex:

In spite of it hanging out with the Wigeons and no other species of duck (other than mallards) in sight, to me this looked awfully like a young Bufflehead: would appreciate confirmation or correction please.
