I went up to the Little River Ferry Terminal (Comox) this afternoon and saw the swallows in the bird house there. Here are a few photos. I am not sure if they are violet-green swallows. You can't really see underneath the wings on the adult, so you can't see if there are violet feathers underneath or not.
