Definitely not Least, and is a tricky hatch year bird. Appears to be a Hammond's in my opinion, but do you have any other angles for this bird? Also, was this in mid-elevation coniferous ( or mixed deciduous-coniferous forest )?

Open Coniferous forest at Sea Level right on the Coast

I can't be 100% certain that this is the same bird but it was shot in the same bush about 5 mins before the original
