Took this today out on Matsqui Trail in Abbotsford. After going through my resource books, I am thinking American Pipit, but I may be wrong. Perhaps someone can assist. Thanks..

I would say female or immature yellow-rumped warbler.

Pretty sure its a Yellow-rumped female, maybe?

I'd agree with Yellow-rumped warbler based on the pale armpit yellow patch, as well as the white patches under the tail
