My guess is Yellow Warbler, but I am absolutely not sure....

Looks like an American Goldfinch,coming into breeding plumage..

it has large head compare its body, was all bright yellow (picture colors a little bit darker, because it was in shadow) and only wings was different color. (darker) It was size of a bushtit and flying "humming bird like" And its songs was not a Goldfinch song.... And it has slim bill, not the tick finch-bill.
I do not think it is a Goldfinch, otherwise most of them are already in breeding plumage

Yes, it does look like a Yellow Warbler, the three groups that appear in this, one is the (rubiginosa) which occurs in BC and S. Alaska. But the other races have quite abit of yellow in them also..It is wide spread in N.America..

Yellow warbler. He's too bright to be an OC warbler.
Never in a million years could this guy be confused with a goldfinch.
Nice pic of the goldfinch too.
