What prey does this hawk have?

I saw this hawk, I believe it's a Cooper's hawk in my yard in Vancouver on July 4. Quite an amazing experience! Saw a humming bird at the same time! Anyway, I'm curious what bird the hawk was holding. Can anyone tell me?

The hawk is a Cooper`s Hawk, the prey is a Northern Flicker (red-shafted).

What prey does this hawk have?
