The iPad app (also works on your iPhone) is called FlickStackr and is available from Apple's App Store. It requires iOS 5.1 or later. There is a free version that does not allow you to make comments on others' photos, and one for $1.99 that does.

Yahoo also puts out a Flickr app, but I believe it only works on iPhones. (Please correct me, if I'm mistaken.)

And there's a different app called iExplorer for Flickr that I haven't tried....
