Saw two turkey vultures in Abbotsford out on the Sumas Prairie today. Is this common for the area? Also saw some hawks, a kestrel, a great blue heron. Not a bad day out there, I think spring may be coming!
And my granddaughter was pretty grossed out when we were reading up on the turkey vultures, they have some icky habits.
