Recall those times when you were trying to photograph children and you could never get both of them to pose at the same time?

I stumbled upon this scene and the Header above occurred to me. Alas one would be preening and the other looking attentive. Then the attentive one would look away when the preening bird became alert.

Then when I moved to get a clearer view of the Western, he flew off. (But like a WK, he simply flew to the nearest location out of my view. Cagey bird.)

Anyway, not great, but a little cute.
