I pick up this magazine in the U.S. I haven't seen it locally. It's a small perfect-bound publication. The articles are usually well written, of not overly written. Each issue has a "species profile". The cover is usually a painting of the species being profiled and they then sell prints of the painting.

The current issue (July/August) has the Sora as its profiled species.

What's locally interesting about this article is that it is written by Rick Wright, who used to be a frequent contributor to these forums. The magazine states that he now lives in Bloomfield, N.J. When he was here, he seemed to divide his time between Arizona and B.C.

Also, the magazine has a "free" App, BWD. I checked on the Google store and it's there. I didn't download it, though.

BWD is a great magazine, and I have seen it from time to time in book stores up here.
