Hi everyone. I used to have a family of six chickadees visiting my feeders several times a day every day all year round. This spring, I only had about two of them coming around. Now, I have no birds at all! I miss my cute little sparrows and chickadees. There is a lot of construction going on locally. I wonder if that might explain it (to some degree). I live close to the Courtenay Estuary, however, so you would think there would still be some sparrows around. I am also thinking perhaps they are feeding on berries and bugs etc. I did notice some birds eating something from the oak tree in front of my apartment.

Any thoughts?
