It was a pretty god day birding at Swan Lake this morning. I saw two Anna's nests as well as a fledgling Anna's being fed by it's mom. I also got to add Wilson's snipe to my life list! Lots of warblers out singing including common yellowthroat, orange-crowned, and yellow-rumped warblers. And I was witness to a tiff between three downy woodpeckers, one male, two females.

Cool shots of the hummers, esp. the nest, also the snipe - quite a rarity I'd say.
