Hi. I live in Kelowna. I have a little blue two inch bird with a really long beak nesting in my birdhouse. He's like a woodpecker and is constantly knocking. What is he??

Maybe a White-breasted, Red-breasted or Pygmy Nuthatch? Is he bright blue or grayish blue? Does he have black on his head? Is he white or orange-ish underneath?
