Last night Christopher Coxson spotted an Iceland Gull in a mixed group of ~1000 Ring-billed / Herring / California Gulls on a sandbar at the confluence of the Fraser and Nechako Rivers (seen from the canoe launch area at the east end of Cottonwood Island Park in Prince George).

The number of gulls over-nighting at the confluence has been growing all week. The gulls tend to go out for the day and start returning to the confluence around dinner time (4 or 5pm) for the night so plan your visit accordingly.
