Cathy Antoniazzi found 2 Le Conte's Sparrows today in the tall grass in the fields behind Giscome Elementary School.

Further directions from Cathy Antoniazzi on where to find the birds:

Turn at the road after the school (Giscome south rd). They are just around the first corner in the field on the north side of the road (lake side). You will see a little grove of cottonwood trees along the road. One was singing before the grove and one just after it.
