More warblers are turning up at QE Park. The area below the restaurant and above the duck pond had good number of Orange-crowned, in the blossoming trees and along the cliff edge. There was one Nashville in the blossoming trees in the middle of the field. Yellow-rumped were about more generally in the park, as were many Ruby-crowned Kinglets. The Cooper's Hawk was on its nest.

The cemetery had one Townsend's Solitaire and a beautiful Savannah Sparrow. We couldn't find any Mountain Bluebirds. Otherwise usual birds - no warblers noticed. We spent about an hour at each location (10:30 -11:30 at QE and 12:30 - 13:30 at Mountainview). Not exactly prime birding times, but a much enjoyed holiday ramble.
