 Post subject: Nest Boxes, which species?

Hey,
ive been wanting to put some nest boxes at my place (berkley road, north Van). I would like to know which species may i get, and how to create such boxes, diameters of the holes, etc..

I think Black-capped chickadees might use your box, we bought a nest box from Wild Birds Unlimited (Marine and Pemberton) last year after noticing a pair using a hole in the apartment wall next door for a nest, decided against putting one up in our yard in the end because we sometimes get racoons and we don't want any nest raiding going on.
