Hi All!
I am studying for my MA in Wildlife Filmmaking at the University of the West of England in Bristol, UK. I am traveling to BC in May to shoot a film about the associative nesting behavior between Great Blue Herons and Bald Eagles.
I am hoping to find a balcony or rooftop from which I can film into Heron and/or Eagle nests with my 800mm long lens. I know the Heron colonies in Stanley Park and Beacon Hill Park have tall apartment buildings nearby.
Do you know anyone in these buildings that would welcome a student filmmaker?
