Went to Pitt Lake Wildlife reserve today to enjoy the scenery and look for birds. I was in my element when I heard 3 loud booms. There was a hunter on the dyke shooting at the ducks. According to the police, hunting is allowed there on the weekends. However, most hunters choose to avoid the area where most of the general public hangs out. Just thought I pass along this tidbit, to anyone thinking of going there.
