Birding in BC Community

I'm not sure how uncommon this bird is but it's the first time I have seen one in the Lower Mainland...

Bert, in the past 10 years, during march - May, according to E-bird only 30 or so have been spotted between Abbotsford and Hope. I see quite few more sightings in metro Vancouver, but didn't check the dates as some of those may be the same birds being recorded
