Just wanted to give a big shout out to our very own Glenn Bartley for putting on a great workshop over on Vancouver Island last week.
Not only is he one of the tops in the game he is also a super nice guy.

Anyways, i booked time off work and begged Audy to let me go and finally she relented, allowing me to do 3 (of the 5) days of the Nature's Photo Adventures Vancouver Island Workshop with super-talented leaders Glenn and David Hemmings.

Jim Urbach from Florida was also up and it made for a nice small group that went out each morning.

Jim and I both worked hard to get the shots and were rewarded in the end.

Nice stuff Paul. Looks like Glenn took you to his trademark "golden pond."

I'm going to have to save up for one of his workshops myself.

Congratulations, your pictures were good but now they're better. I'm very impressed.

For the first sandpiper (?!?!) you could perhaps clone out some of the noisy reflections.

They're all very nice but I especially love the Ring-neck duck. Good capture.

I see Glen is featured in the current issue of Nature Photographer. I'll buy a copy.
