I got a tip as to where there were some Baby Green Herons spotted. It only took me about 5 minutes to find them, there is 3 babies and I saw one adult. They have left the nest but they seem to return regularly and the adult follows them to the nest. It was too dark to get any photos of them at the nest tonight but I will be back there tomorrow morning to see if I can get some closer shots.

Green Herons? Never even heard of them, but that's damn cool. Great pictures!
It's crazy the creatures that are in this world! One must only pay attention. Well, maybe get tip from time to time, but I'm amazed at the world's amazements which never amazed me as a juvenile.

Fun series, I haven't seen any juvenile Green Herons since there was a successful brood at Ambleside a few years ago.
