finally, a worthy photo of our nemisis these past few months.
attempts to properly capture this beautiful (but hyper-active) bird have met with limited success until yesterday.
perfect conditions, perfect subject and most importantly, we got the "eye shot".
your photo is great by the way, nicely done.
i always find it hard to critique bird photos because so much of it depends on conditions and luck and often you only get one or two shots at it.
