 Post subject: Great Horned Owl On Her Nest

Finally the Great Horne Owl is on her nest, I was starting to wonder if they were going to use the same nest again this year but she was there this morning. She is keeping herself pretty well hidden and was hard to get a good photo of her. I watched the nest for about an hour hoping that the male would return with some food for her but he didn't show. I will be there again in a few days and plan to hang in there for awhile to see if the male returns.
