 Post subject: Bushtit & Bittern

We dropped for a walk to Bear Creek Park with my husband, just for playing with the dog. In the garden part of the park I found a pair of Bushtits, they were building their nest.

YR Warblers were everywhere in the forested area.

Later we went to Serpentine WMA, I did not hope to see the Bittern again, but it was there. ;) It was hunting in a small canal between the cattails.
