This is a birding website and I feel your posting here is outside the scope of the forum. Topic has been locked. There are other public websites where you may voice your concerns over the unfortunate, yet predictable response, of conservation officers and law enforcement when dealing with bears and cougars in residential neighbourhoods. I suggest you contact the City of Port Coquitlam regarding their policy on bears in residential areas.
