The staff at the Little River ferry terminal (or so I understand it was them) put up some bird houses to attract purple martins. One house had hungry baby swallows in it. The parent flew in and out feeding them. After many unsuccessful attempts, I managed to get one decent shot of the parent. I think it is a violet-green swallow. (Can anyone confirm this for me?)
