I think they are probably both Brewers and the second one is in molt but I am not sure, it could very possibly be a rusty - the only thing lacking for me is the golden-like sheen on the molting feathers that most molting Rusties have, but you should try sending it to someone with a better knowledge than me!

Thanks Adam. I thought it might be molt. However 2 birders I know (just friends not "experts") thought it might be a Rusty). Pretty bird though.
