Not exactly a siting, but I did hear my first ever Northern Pygmy-Owl this afternoon while working in my backyard. I tried to find it, but it quit calling before I could get around to the other side of the pond (about a km). Only had a general direction of where it was coming from. Thought I would share,, no one else around here seemed very excited about my owl call. lol lol
