A number of spring birds are visiting our Point Roberts Cottage. It's great to set-up the tripod on the verandah on a warm day and watch the birds appear.
The Evening Grosbeaks were a first for this location.

Ruddy Turnstone
I went down to Lighthouse Marine Park for this bird. I usually see Black Turnstones here so this was a pleasant surprise.

I have never seen either of those grossbeaks, I hear about them, but I just miss them. Good capture!

Beautifl shots, i've gotten Ruddy Turnstone at Point Roberts in the past as well

Especially like the BH Grosbeaks. Will start looking for them in various spots this week!
