My parents took this picture of a hummingbird when visiting Victoria and we're not sure what it is. I thought only Rufous and Anna's Hummingbirds lived around there and internet searches for something with so much black didn't seem to yield results. Maybe a black-chinned hummingbird?

Hi this is actually an Anna's Hummingbird depending on the light the magenta head can appear black.
