Birding in BC Community

I hear this bird every day, and just can't identify it. As a new birder I have listened to all the videos/ sounds clips of local birds I could find, and none sound like this....closest is a Bewick's wren but the first part is unlike anything I have heard so far. It is a rising tweeeeee that is then followed by three quick sharp sounds like "chowchowchow". The Bewick's wrens do the chowchowchow but not the first part....it's my favourite call, such a cutie. Anyone recognize it??

I am thinking Spotted Towhee. It produces a "Tweeeee" and a "chew chew chew" and is still singing at this time of year.

I’ve found this tool to be immensely helpful as well.

If you are like most people and use an iPhone rather than android, just record it via Voice Memos, save the recording, then “share” it to files (you need an app like Garageband or Firefox installed), then you’ll be able to upload it directly to the page I posted.

BTW I checked the recording in question and birdnet says Bewick's Wren.

You have a bewicks wren singing in the foreground. There is a song sparrow singing as well that is further off.
