Looks like a Ruby-crowned Kinglet -- note thin pointed beak as opposed to the thicker, slightly hooked beak of a Hutton's. Another clue -- although I don't think it's definitive by itself -- Hutton's Vireo usually have very dark blue-grey legs, whereas Ruby-Crowned Kinglets often have a pinkish-orange colouration on their feet fading the a dark brown/black up their tarsus.

I agree with Ruby-crowned Kinglet - the first thing I look for with these ones is the area underneath that second (thicker) white wing bar; Ruby-crowned Kinglets always have a black patch there, and Hutton’s Vireos do not. Thickness of bill is the second thing to look at but can be difficult in the field.
