Saw this at Neck Point Park a couple of days ago and I can't identify it. I feel like I'm missing something obvious but nothing I look at in the guides is quite right.

After another pass through the guides, is this a juvenile yellow-rumped warbler (Myrtle)?

That's what I thought it was at first glance (before reading your second entry). lol. Definitely looks like a Yellow-rumped warbler. I would tend to agree with Myrtle as well. Very nice ... James
