While working near Spences Bridge I noticed a bird with one red wing (top and bottom) and one blue wing (top and bottom), with a white body. It was about the size of a pigeon. The wings almost looked painted/dyed. Unfortunately I was not able to get a photo of the bird because I was running a train at the time. Does this marking make any sense to anyone?

Thanks
