I came across this Juvi who,s about 4.5 to 5 inches and have checked it against all my Bird Books and cannot come to any conclusion the beak is making it difficult.
Any input would be appreciated.

Kip,
It looks like a very young Bullocks Oriole to me ... were there any adults in the area? That might explain the size/shape of the bill in comparison to the size of the bird. Hope this helps.

I concur, looks like a recently fledged bullock's oriole.
