For those of us in the Lower Mainland, you can currently find the elusive Black Scoter off Centennial Beach in Tsawwassen (there are around a dozen near the border).

Hi Devon! Great shot of this Bluetail! It's a nice addition to the collection -- but if it was taken in 2013, it doesn't count towards our "2019 Big Year." However, really like the detail in this photo!
