Hi there,

I'm new to birding and am trying to get out more to see what birds in can spot and learn to spot.

I've heard Mud Bay and/or Boundary Bay are particularly good for spotting various falcons and some owls (and I assume a lot of shore birds also)

I'm wondering if anyone has recommendations of general areas within those to places or out if anyone has spotted owls in Colony Farms area.

And if anyone has any tips on best time of day in those areas or just general tips on spotting owls.

Also if I'm totally out to lunch and there aren't often owls in those areas please let me know that too haha

I've seen one by chance while driving to a hike and would love to see more.

Thanks!
