Yes Bert it's a Hutton's Vireo note the curved bill which helps differentiate it from a Ruby-crowned Kinglet.

Lovely shot you got. I recommend Donald Stokes "Field Guide To The Birds of North America" it's a great photographic aid to help you out with your ID questions.

Thanks Mel! I am using iBird Pro on my iPhone & iPad. The weakness of all programs and publications I find is pics of Juvenile birds! At least with iBird Pro I can add my own pics to the individual bird's profiles!

Yes your bird looks like an adult Hutton's that's why I recommend that field guide it has pictures of juveniles and adults and in between for each species .
