Hey guys,

I had a camping trip last weekend to Stemwinder Provincial Park outside of Hedley BC. At dark, and early in the morning, about 4 am, I heard a Hoo HOO, hoo HOO, over and over again. Definitely not a dove, because it was at almost night and still dark when I heard the bird calling. I didnt think to record it, because I was half asleep at the time. It definitely sounded like a smaller owl, not a deep booming call like a Great Horned Owl.

Any help at all is appreciated!!!
