I am leaning towards a Hammond's Flycatcher on this one as opposed to a Hutton's Vireo

Context is always helpful. Great photo but where and when was this taken? What was the bird doing, etc

Photo was taken at a local marsh in Nanaimo on April 23 - A Hammond's Flycatcher had been reported on ebird in that area .

I would expect a more defined hook on the bill for a Hutton's Vireo.

Looks like an empidonax sp. flycatcher to me. The lower bill is somewhat thin and orange where on the Hutton's it is dark and thicker. Possible this is Hammond's Flycatcher but need to hear it sing or call to be able to provide a better ID.
