At least I think it's a Franklin's Gull...Merlin ID's it as a Franklin's. I almost never stop to look at a flock of gulls because, to me, they all look the same. However tonight I was trying to get a better vantage point to photograph a Black Oystercatcher and I saw this odd-looking gull in with a bunch of Ring-billed's. He kind of stood out as being quite different from the rest, smaller too.
