As with your previous post I ran your picture through the Merlin bird ID app and it came back with Tennessee Warbler. The range map and time of year fit since they are found in Alberta in summer (it would be considered somewhat of a rarity here on the West Coast).
Again I hope someone else will offer an opinion.

Thank you, Judy, again. Yes, I thought it was different from orange-crowned when I saw it especially because the line around the eye. It will be a lifer for me if it is a Tennessee. I hope it is.
