I saw this bird near Nanaimo in an open area with bushes. It stood out as unusual by the long tail, white eye rings and crisp markings on white breast and sides. On some photos the tail looked notched, but I could not be sure of outer white tail feathers. It was silent. The coloring and tail length looked wrong for Savannah and the breast was too white for Lincoln's. There seem to be too much streaking on the breast for Vesper. Maybe juvenile? Or something else. Any comments would be appreciated.
