Where to find kingfishers?

I saw one last year at the docks in Marine Drive (East Vancouver). Any tips on a good location for the kingfishers? Thanks.

There are 2-3 regulars on the west side of Brydon Lagoon in Langley. They are often fishing and are generally pretty cooperative for photos.

I've seen them at the dog park/trees between the Vancouver Maritime Museum and waterfront several times.

You got some really great photos, inspiring me more :). Looks like the better location for me is Whiterock, hope my schedule clears next week so I can have some 'photo' time :)

Ambleside pond ( he is extremely cooperative!)

Boundary Bay mansion near 64th

Reifel bird sanctuary

White Rock pier

I've seen there is a one at Burnaby Lake flying around many times~
