Flock of sandpipers were seen March 25 in the Skagit River Estuary ( Washington ) while on holidays in the area. They were spotted with what appears to be a Greater Yellowleg on the left side of the photo.

Incidently we spotted in the parking area and verified with other birders a Black Phoebe .
