For anyone in the Prince George area this Thursday, Shanelle Marshall, President of the Prince George Naturalists Club, will be giving a presentation / sharing her experiences as an intern with the British Columbia Conservation Foundation working on the Northern Spotted Owl Breeding Program:

Doug it's been going on for several years and hasn't made much impact yet but we can only hope it will in the future. The Spotted Owl in BC is a virtual ghost of the forest and if nothing is done will be gone forever even if something is done it may honestly be too late now.
