I saw this bird briefly at Terra Nova on Saturday Feb 2. My impression is Cooper's Hawk based on head size.
The first shot is perching, after which I caught it taking off.

Definitely an accipiter, either coops or sharpy. Photo too blurry to make a definite id.

Based on the T-shape of the head and wings and the shape of the head I would say this is likely a Cooper's Hawk.
